(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation)

(Amendment No.14) Order 2021

104782 Huddersfield Road, Wyke

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 14^th October 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce:

      i.        No Waiting at any time on a length of Huddersfield Road junctions between Woodside Road and Town Gate

     ii.        Resident Permit Parking on a length of Huddersfield Road

    iii.        Footway Buildout on Huddersfield Road near junction with Wainman Street

The Order comes into force on 1^st November 2021 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Arshad Mahmood, Senior Engineer – Traffic & Road Safety South by telephone on 01274 437684 or by email ArshadMahmood@bradford.gov.uk  quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104782/CON-2A.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 14^th October 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
