Ilkley Parking Review Phase 2
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 22nd June 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce the following:
i. No Waiting At Any Time on lengths of Bridge Lane, Middleton Road, Lister Street, Curly Hill, Dean Street, North Parade, Wheatlands, Valley Road, Little Lane, Mayfield Road, Wharfe View Road, Leeds Road, Wells Road, Ben Rhydding Road, Craiglands Park, Crossbeck Road, Backstone Lane, Springfield Avenue, Wheatley Road, Springs Lane, Kings Road, Easby Drive, Grove Road, Wilton Road, S Parade, unnamed road to North from The Grove, Westville Road, St James’s Road, Oakburn Road, Ashburn Place, Wilton Road, Wellington Road, Golden Butts Road, Lower Railway Road, East Parade, Clifton Road, Queens Road, Denton Road and Carters Lane Ilkley.
ii. Pay & Display Mon-Sun 8am-6pm Max Stay 3 Hours No Return within 3 Hours on lengths of South Hawkesworth Street, Cunliffe Road, Bolton Bridge Road, Railway Road, Brook Street, Station Road, Wells Road, West Street, The Grove, Riddings Road, St James Road, Regent Road, North Street, New Brook Street, Bridge Lane, Hawkesworth Street and Cowpasture Road, Ilkley.
iii. Pay & Display Mon-Sun 8am-6pm Max Stay 4 Hours No Return within 4 Hours on lengths of Chantry Drive, Whitton Croft Road, Back Parish Ghyll Road, Railway Road, Wells Promenade and Sefton Drive, Ilkley.
iv. Pay & Display Mon-Sun 8am-Midnight Max Stay 6 Hours on length of North Street, Ilkley.
v. Long Stay Pay & Display Parking Mon-Sun 8am-6pm on a length of Stockeld Road, New Brook Street, Middleton Avenue and Grove Road Ilkley.
vi. Permit Parking and Pay & Display Mon-Sun 8am-6pm Max Stay 3 Hours No Return within 3 Hours on lengths of Regent Road, Wells Road, Bolton Bridge Road, Hawkesworth Street, Cow Pasture Road and Bridge Lane, Ilkley.
vii. Permit Parking and Pay & Display Mon-Sun 8am-6pm Max Stay 4 Hours No Return within 4 Hours on lengths of Chantry Drive, Whitton Croft Road and Wells Promenade, Ilkley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds
that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 22nd June 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
