Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to revoke the permitted parking on the verge/footway at the site of the former 1023 Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Christine Hopkinson by telephone on 01274 431961 or by email to Christine.Hopkinson@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104887/CON-1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 5 March 2021 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/407955.
