Bradford North Footpath 44 and 45 Public Spaces Protection Order Extension 2020

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (“the Council”) proposes to extend the Public Spaces Protection Order (“the Order”) made pursuant to Section 59, 64 and 72 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”). Under Section 60 of the Act the Order will permit the continual restriction of public right of way at Bradford North 44 and 45 Footpaths linking Blakehill Terrace/Blakehill Avenue and Leeds Road, by virtue of the gate restricting access at:

 

a)    A point 17 metres south east from Blakehill Terrace;

b)    A point 16 metres north west from Blakehill Avenue; and

c)    A point 27 metres south west from Leeds Road.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk  to be received no later than 12 noon on 13 October 2020 quoting reference:  CORP/PCD/SW/407545.
