Members were advised that representations in respect of the application for the grant of a premises licence for the sale of alcohol for Haworth Tap and Tonic, 17 Main Street, Haworth as set out in Document “P” had been withdrawn in advance of the hearing scheduled for 19 March 2020. There had, therefore, been no requirement for a hearing on that date and the licensing officer had been able to grant the licence as applied for. The hearing had been adjourned and was reconvened on 27 May 2020 to request that the Panel note the action taken in respect of this application.
Resolved –
That the action taken in respect of the application set out in Document “P” be noted.
