Resolved:

(1)          That the proposed amendments to the Constitution recommended by the Governance and Audit Committee and as set out in Appendices 1-3 of Document “B” be adopted and implemented subject to the inclusion of the words “that each District Appeals Panel will comprise of three Members” in Article 8 of Appendix 1;

(2)          That the City Solicitor be granted delegated authority to make consequential amendments to the Constitution as a result of any recommendations approved by full Council;

(3)          That the City Solicitor ensures that any agreed amendments are implemented.
