Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition for vehicles above a certain weight on Thwaites Brow Road.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and Keighley Town Hall or can be found below or obtained from Engineer, Mathew Collinson - Traffic & Road Safety, Planning, Transportation & Highways by email matthew.collinson@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/MMN/105472.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 15 March 2024 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/JLF/415944.
