Notice of Making of an Order

Public Footpath at Cringles House Farm, Bradford Road, Silsden Diversion Order 202*

The above Order, made on the *** under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath running from A – B, C – D to a line running from A – E – F, G – D as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Customer Services, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or can be found below.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on the 7, March 2024 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/JLF/415607. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
