(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation)

(Amendment No 2) Order 2024

 

103886 Great Horton Road / Horton Grange Road / Horton Park Avenue Junctions

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District has made the above Order on the 1 February 2024 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a banned right turn from Great Horton Road to All Saints Road.

 

The Order comes into force on the 5 February 2024. A copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or can be found below or obtained from Mark Gillingham, Senior Traffic Engineer – Place, by email mark.gillingham@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number PTH/HS/103886/MAG.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 1February 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
