(Speed Limit Order) (No. 13) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 18 January 2024 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of roads: -

The Order comes into force on 4 day of March 2024 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 or can be found below or obtained from Assistant Engineer, Shahid Aziz, Traffic ? Road Safety (South) by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email Shahid.Aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105704/WEST/CON-1A.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made 18 January 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
