(Speed Limit Order) (Consolidation)

(Amendment No.14) Order 2023

Various Streets in the Shipley Constituency

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce 20mph zones around a number of schools in Shipley parliamentary constituency (Bingley & Rural Ward) along the following lengths of road: -

 

i.              George Street       Whole length

ii.             Mary Street           Whole length

iii.            Minorca Mount      Whole length

iv.           Valley Heights       Whole length

 

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or can be found below or obtained from Shadid Aziz, Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South, Planning, Transportation & Highways by email shahid.aziz@bradford.gov.uk  Quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105704/SA. 

 

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 5 January 2024 quoting reference:-  CORP/PCD/JLF/415341.
