(Speed Limit Order) (No. 9) Order 2023
105710 Queens Road, Keighley
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 30November 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of roads: -

i. Queens Road |
From its junction with Victoria Road to its junction with South Street
|
|
ii. Victoria Road |
From its junction with Queens Road to its junction with South Street
|
|
iii. Arcadia Street |
For its whole length
|
|
iv. Pickles Street |
For its whole length
|
The Order comes into force on 18 December 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 and Keighley Town Hall or can be found below quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105710/CON-1B.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made 30 November 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
