(Amendment No. 15) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 7 November 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following: -

1. ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ on lengths of Aberdeen Place, Allerton Road, Back Mannheim Road, Back Salt Street East, Baldwin Lane, Bonn Road, City Road, Cliff Vale Road, Cottingley Road, Emm Lane, Firth Street, Haworth Road, Henry Street, Highgate, Kipping Lane, Leylands Lane, Link Road (Salt Street to Back Salt Street East), Park Drive, Parsons Road, Peel Street, Redburn Road, Ryefield Avenue, Salt Street, Spencer Road, Staveley Road, The Oval, Thornton Road, Thurnscoe Road, Town End Road, Warrenton Place and Westfield Road, Bradford
2. ‘No Waitingbetween 8am and 6pm – Monday to Friday’ on a length of Otterburn Road, Bradford
3. ‘No Waiting between 6am and 5pm – Monday to Friday’ on a length of Birch Street, Bradford
4. ‘Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) between 8am and 6pm – Monday to Saturday’ on a length of City Road, Bradford
5. ‘Limited waiting of 1 hour (return prohibited within 2 hours) between 8am and 6pm’ on a length of Thornton Road, Bradford
6. ‘Disabled Parking Bay 30 minutes allowed (return prohibited within 1 hour) between 8am and 6pm – Monday to Friday’ on a length of Patent Street, Bradford
7. ‘Disabled parking bay’ on lengths of Atlas Street, Kensington Street, Patent Street, Thornton Road and Toller Lane, Bradford
8. ‘Revocation of existing Disabled Parking Place’ on Duckworth Grove, Horton Grange Road, Jesmond Avenue and St Margaret’s Terrace, Bradford
9. ‘Revocation of part of existing Limited Waiting of 30 Minutes (return prohibited within 1 Hour) between 8am and 6pm – Monday to Friday and 8am and 1pm – Saturday’ on a length of Kipping Lane
10. ‘Revocation of existing No Waiting and No Loading or Un-loading between 8.30am and 9.15am and 2.45pm and 3.30pm – Monday to Friday term time only’ on a length of Cottingley Road, Bradford

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 7 November 2023) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
