CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(Speed Limit Order) (NO. 9) Order 2023
105710 Queens Road, Keighley
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of road: -

i. Queens Road |
From its junction with Victoria Road to its junction with South Street
|
|
ii. Victoria Road |
From its junction with Queens Road to its junction with South Street
|
|
iii. Arcadia Street |
For its whole length
|
|
iv. Pickles Street |
For its whole length
|
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and Keighley Town Hall or can be found below quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105710/CON-1B.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 10 November 2023 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/DS/ 414955.
