(Speed limit) (NO.8) Order 2023

105016 Ilkley and Ben Rhydding 20mph Zone

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of road: -

      i.        Linnburn Mews, Lister Street, Little Lane, Longcroft Road, Low Wood Rise, Lower Constable Road, Lower Wellington Road, Manley Grove, Manley Rise, Manley Road, Manor Rise, Margerison Crescent, Margerison Road, Marlborough Grove, Marlborough Square, Maufe Way, Maxwell Road, Mayfield Avenue, Mayfield Close, Mayfield Gardens, Mayfield Road, Melville Grove.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and Ilkley Library or examined on can be found below quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105016/CON-2C.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 5 October 2023 quoting reference:-  CORP/PCD/DS/414368.

Repeat objections on this proposal will not be considered as a new objection. However, if you have not previously objected, or wish to object in respect of any or all of the roads mentioned in this notice then your objections will be fully considered.
