(SPEED LIMIT)

(CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO.4) ORDER 2021

20MPH SPEED LIMIT ALL SAINTS ROAD AND DIRKHILL ROAD, BRADFORD

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 8 August 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

 

      I.         CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

 (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO.6) ORDER 2023 GREAT HORTON ROAD/HORTON GRANGE ROAD/HORTON AVENUE JUNCTIONS BRADFORD

Prohibition of Driving (Road Closure) at the junction with Frank Street and Cecil Avenue

One-Way direction of traffic on lengths of All Saints Road, Turner Place, Noble Street and Dirkhill Street

Prohibition of Goods Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes except for loading on lengths of All Saints Road, Noble Street, Turner Street and Dirkhill Street

 

     II.         CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

(SPEED LIMIT) (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO.4) ORDER 2021 20MPH SPEED LIMIT ALL SAINTS ROAD AND DIRKHILL ROAD, BRADFORD

20MPH Speed Limit on lengths of All Saints Road, Dirkhill Road, Dirkhill Street, Turner Street and Noble Street

 

The Order comes into force on 14 August 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and may be examined below or obtained from Mark Gillingham by telephone on 01274 437683 or by email Mark.Gillingham@bradford.gov.uk  quoting reference numbers: PTH/HS/103886/MTRO-1B and PTH/HS/103886/SLO-1A.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 8th August 2023) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
