(Speed Limit) (No. 7) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

1. A banned right turn from the junction of Iron Row onto the A65 Ilkley Road, Burley-In-Wharfedale; and
2. A reduction in the national speed limit to 50mph, along a stretch of the A65.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or Ilkley Library or below or obtained from Craig Williams, Senior Traffic Engineer – Place, by telephone on 01535 618294 or by email craig.williams@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105482/CON-1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 29 June 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/414006.
