(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.4) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 18th May 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

(Waiting Loading And Parking) (Consolidation)(Amendment No.9) Order

  1. ‘No waiting at any time’ on a length of Sticker Lane, Parry Lane and Lower Lane.
  2. ‘Yellow Box’ at the junction of Sticker Land, Broad Lane and Lower Lane (New Link Road).    

 

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation)(Amendment No.4) Order

  1. ‘One-way’ traffic flow on Parry Lane between its junction from Sticker Lane to its junction with Lower Lane, in a westerly direction.
  2. ‘No Right Turn’ in to and out from Lower Lane and Sticker Lane junction. 
  3. A short length of bus lane on Broad Lane, with ‘Right Turn’ only for buses and cyclists onto Sticker Lane.

 

The Order comes into force on 29th May 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or examined below or obtained from Shahid Aziz, Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email  shahid.aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/BE/105233/CON-1B. 

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 18th May 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
