(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.3) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 18 May 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

 

  1. NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a length of Craven Drive, Silsden; Mill Lane, Steeton; Denton Road, Ilkley; Hollingwood Rise, Ilkley; Easby Drive, Ilkley; St John’s Road, Ben Rhydding; St Mary’s Close, Ilkley; Little Lane, Ilkley, Wheatley Garden’s, Ben Rhydding; Wheatley Lane, Wheatley Road, Ilkley; Eagle Street, Keighley; Highfield Lane, Keighley; Lawkholme Lane, Keighley; Mornington Street, Keighley; Skipton Road, Keighley; Westway, Keighley; Ilkley Road, Riddlesden; Dale View Close, Long Lee; Manor Grove, Riddlesden; Red Holt Crescent, Red Holt Drive, Red Holt Avenue, Ingrow; Broomhill Walk & Broomhill Way, Ingrow; Grafton Road, Ingrow; Elmwood Drive, Ingrow; Wheathead Lane & Oakworth Road, Keighley; Ingrow Lane, Keighley; Cold Street, Haworth; Heathcliffe Mews, Haworth; Sun Street, Weavers Hill and Main Street, Haworth.
  2. Revocation of NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a length of Oakbank Drive, Keighley.
  3. Change of NO WAITING Mon-Sat 8am-6pm on a length of Oakworth Road, Keighley to NO WAITING AT ANY TIME. 
  4. Revocation of NO WAITING AT ANY TIME and relocation of PERMIT PARKING ONLY BAY on a length of Bridgehouse Lane, Haworth.

 

The Order comes into force on 29 May 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer – Place,  by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105416/CON-1A.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made 18May 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
