(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation)(Amendment No.1) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 4 May 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to reproduce and continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, All Alone Road, Bradford, Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (Moving Traffic) 2021. The Order will permanently continue in force restrictions introduced by the Experimental Order which prohibits the following:

1. Prohibition of Driving (Road Closure) on a length of All Alone Road from a point 175 metres east of its junction with Westfield Lane to a point 110 metres west of its junction with Kellymoor Walk.

The Order comes into force on 2d May 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected road closure may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or may be examined below or obtained from Marie Pickles, Engineer, Traffic & Road Safety South by telephone on 01274 437678 or email marie.pickles@bradford.gov.uk. Quoting reference number: 104988/LP/01A.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 4 May 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
