(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.*) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

1. Prohibition of Access (except for Access) on lengths of Healey Avenue, Ashley Road, Ashfield Crescent, Southfield Road, Southlands Avenue and Southlands Grove.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or at Bingley Town Hall examined below or obtained from David Trick, Senior Engineer, Traffic and Highways (North) by telephone on 01535 618256  or by email david.trick@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number THN/104993/TRO/AO/1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 26 May 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/413339.
