(Speed Limit Order) (No. 4) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce new 40 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following length of road:

i.              Bingley Road

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and Ilkley Town Hall or examined below or obtained from Traffic Engineer, Andrew Solomon, Planning, Transportation & Highways, Stockbridge Depot, Keighley by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email andy.solomon@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number THN/105383/106/SLO-1A. 

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 18 May 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/JLF/413663.
