(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. *) Order

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

             I.        Prohibition of Driving (Access Only) on a length of Hainworth Road, Keighley.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or at Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley BD21 3PA or examined below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer – Place, by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email, chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105160/CON-1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 12 May 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/412134.
