(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 13 April 2023 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

    I.        LOADING BAY 8am-6pm 30 minutes No Return Within 1 Hour on a length of North Parade.

  II.        PAY & DISPLAY PARKING 8am-6pm Max stay 2 hours No Return Within 2 hours and 6pm - midnight on a length of North Parade.

 III.        PAY & DISPLAY PARKING 6pm-midnight on a length of North Parade.

IV.        DISABLED PARKING 8am-6pm on a length of North Parade.

  V.        BUS PARKING 8am-6pm 30 Minutes No Return Within 1 Hour on a length of North Parade.

VI.        NO WAITING AT ANY TIME. NO LOADING Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 4.30pm-6pm on a length of North Parade.

VII.        NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME on a length of Rawson Road.

VIII.        Revocation of PAY & DISPLAY PARKING on a length of Rawson Road.

The Order comes into force on 24 April 2023 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or examined below or obtained from Mark Gillingham, Senior Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South, Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 437683 or by email Mark.Gillingham@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104998/MAG.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 13 April 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
