Public Footpath 212 Queensbury at Hillcrest Road, Queensbury

Public Path (Stopping Up) Order 2023

On 16th March 2023, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council confirmed the

above Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to stop up the public footpath running from Hillcrest Road between point A and point B as shown on the Order map ref: 66666/T254/QUE212 Order Plan, and improve the public footpath between points C and D as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and plan may be purchased.

The Order became operative on 8th March 2023, but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation of the Order he may, under Section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, within six weeks from and including 23rd March 2023 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
