City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

(Speed Limit Order) (No. 8) Order 2022

 

104847 Oldfield Lane / Hob Cote Lane / Harehills Lane, Oakworth

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce new 20 miles per hour, 30 miles per hour and 40 miles per hour Speed Limits on the following lengths of roads:

 

i.              Oldfield Lane

ii.            Harehills Lane

iii.           Hob Cote Lane

 

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and Keighley Town Hall or examined below or obtained from Traffic Engineer, Chris Hird, Traffic & Highway, Stockbridge Depot, Keighley by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/104847/CON-1B.

 

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 23 March 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/JLF/412800.
