Construction of Road Humps

Mill Carr Hill Road and Cliff Hollins Lane, Bradford

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to construct road humps under its powers contained in the Highways Act 1980 on Mill Carr Hill Road and Cliff Hollins Lane. The Locations, Nature and Dimensions of the proposed road humps will be as follows:

A copy of Drawing Number:  HD/50/61720/TRO-06 showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or may be examined below or obtained from David Petcher, Senior Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 07855176950 or by email david.petcher@bradford.gov.uk Quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104533. 

If you wish to object to the proposed road humps you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 24 March 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/413309.
