(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.*) Order

105351 Church Street, Buttershaw

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

     I.        Two-point road closures on a length of Church Street, Buttershaw.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or below or obtained from David Petcher, Senior Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South, Planning, Transportation & Highways, by telephone 07855176950 or email david.petcher@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference HS/TRSS/105351.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 3 February 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/412892.
